5 star read

Gwen is a rule follower. She doesn’t break the rules and makes sure others around her follow the rules. JC is a rule breaker. They met one night at the club Gwen works at after Gwen stormed into a VIP room because the occupants of the room were breaking the rules of the club by gambling, smoking cigars and having women stripping the room. They immediately had this electric charge between them just from talking. One day, in an effort to feel pain and numbness after her brother tried to kill himself, Gwen initiated sex with JC, the best sex she’s ever had. Later, JC proposes an arrangement with Gwen, a standing sex date every Wednesday at his hotel room. They agreed it would be strictly about sex, they would not know anything about each other except their names. There was never going to be anything more than just sex between them. Can Gwen and JC continue with just sex or will someone inevitably fall for the other person?

Loved this book! It was truly an amazing read. I had a hard time putting it down. My interest was kept right from the start. The book ended with a cliffhanger that leaves you wanting more! Thankfully I didn’t have to wait to read the next book. Gwen and JC are both running from their past. We find out about Gwen’s past and why she’s the way she is, not willing to let anyone in. She had no friends, the only people in her life were her sister and brother. She now had Wednesday’s to look forward to. I highly recommend this book if your looking for a good read with some amazing sex scenes. I’ve started Find me, the next book in the series and so far I’m hooked!
